ADJUSTMENT BILL
ANKARA - Parliamentary Justice Commission approved another article of
the European Union (EU) adjustment bill on Wednesday. The article
envisages amendment to the law about foundation and broadcastings of
radio and television channels.

ANKARA - Parliamentary Justice Commission approved two more articles of
the European Union (EU) adjustment bill on Wednesday.

AFTER PUBLICATION OF PARLIAMENT'S DECISION IN OFFICIAL GAZETTE''
ANKARA - Higher Election Board (YSK) Chairman Tufan Algan said on
Wednesday, ''election schedule will be determined within three days
after publication of parliament's decision to hold the early elections
in the Official Gazette.''

ISTANBUL - State Minister Kemal Dervis has said he was still at his
post and added that the World Bank and the IMF would discuss the 1.6
million USD aid to Turkey on Aug.7-8.

sentence and limits it to only war and situations of imminent war.
