[01] Commission clears joint venture between Dana Corporation (UK) and GKN
plc (UK) for light propeller shafts business
The European Commission has approved a joint venture between GKN and Dana,
which will take over the various GKN subsidiaries in Europe that
manufacture or sell light propeller shafts, a component used in certain
passenger cars and light duty vehicles. The Commission concluded that there
is no risk of a dominant position by this joint venture in the market
concerned.
