[01] Omani FM to visit Cyprus
The Minister responsible for Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman,
Yusuf bin Alawi bin Abdullah, will carry out Thursday, a one-day official
visit to Cyprus at the invitation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs
Erato Kozakou-Marcoullis.
According to an official announcements issued here today, bin Alawi's
visit, which constitutes the first visit of an Omani Foreign Minister to
Cyprus, takes place in the context of the deepening bilateral relations
between Cyprus and Oman.
In the framework of his visit, the Omani Foreign Minister will hold
tête-à-tête and extensive talks with his Cypriot counterpart, and
their agenda will include bilateral relations, the Cyprus problem,
current developments in the Middle East and issues of global interest.
