[02] US Secretary of State - Cyprus problem

Washington, May 4 (CNA) – US Secretary of State Colin Powell has put the blame for the present impasse in the UN-led Cyprus peace effort on the intransigent position taken by Turkish Cypriot leader Rauf Denktash.
