[01] Cyprus talks - President Clerides - Statement
by Myria Antoniadou Geneva, Jul 9 (CNA) -- Cyprus President has described
as "completely unfounded" allegations made earlier today by the Turkish
Cypriot leader that the Greek Cypriot side leaked a document with Rauf
Denktash's positions to the press.
In a written statement issued in Geneva where the third round of the UN-led
proximity talks are underway, President Clerides underlines that "we did
not have the document, we do not have the document and beyond the
journalistic information we know nothing about it".
