BANJA LUKA - The Government of Republika Srpska /RS/ determined the Bills on establishing agency for banking of RS and Law on Amnesty for unauthorised possession of mines explosive devices and other arms, the Law on amendments and supplements of the Law on Ministries, in Banja Luka last night. After the session, held behind the closed door, the vice-president of Government and minister for administering and local self-administration Ostoja Kremenovic announced to reporters that some issues related to the financial obligations of former Government and state institutions from the former period, were considered. The Government would issue public announcement about that today.

BANJA LUKA - The representative of RS in Arbitrage Commission for inter- entity demarcation line in the region of Brcko Vitomir Popovic thinks that the decision that this town do not remain in RS could provoke unforeseeable consequences. "Any cutting RS could be catastrophic, especially from the military aspect", said Popovic and added that in Brcko returned more refugees than in whole Federation B&H /FB&H/ and all other parts of RS. In the statement, reported by Serbian Radio-TV (SRT)- studio Banja Luka, last night he accentuated that representatives of international community, in charge for monitoring implementation of Dayton Agreement, stated that RS in Brcko fully performed its obligations.

SARAJEVO - Newly appointed, authorised and extraordinary Ambassadors of B&H in the world, in the framework of preparations for thing over duties, will conduct in Sarajevo the conclusive talks in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of B&H, and talk with members of Presidency and Council of Ministers of B&H. Each Ambassador is obliged after finished preparations and before going on duty do final conversation with minister of Foreign Affairs of B&H Jadranko Prlic or one of his deputies, along with presence of appropriate sectors of Ministry.

DOBOJ - With passing of the freight train from Banovici through the station in Doboj will be opened inter-entity railway traffic - was announced from RS Railway Company. The entering of train from Banovici in Doboj railway station and its leaving towards Sarajevo was anticipated in the afternoon hours.

PODGORICA - The Montenegrian media positively assessed and gave great publicity to yesterday's visit of president of Government of Montenegro Filip Vujanovic to Banja Luka, where in separate meetings he talked with president and premier of RS, Biljana Plavsic and Milorad Dodik. Independent daily "Vijesti" /news/ on the front page gave the statement of Mr. Vujanovic that "in Banja Luka he got support of president Plavsic and premier Dodik for the programme of cooperation of governments of two republics". The news highlights that in talks PLavsic-Vujanovic was said that "better connection of Hercegovina and Montenegro is necessary" and expressed the mutual readiness for continuation of cooperation the top state level.

ZAGREB - OSCE called the official Zagreb to take over the additional efforts in order to create conditions for Serbs to have confidence in Croatian authorities in Srem-Baranja region /SBO/, reports AFP. The spokesman of OSCE Mark Tomson warned that leading western European countries "if the emigration of Serbs continues, what is specifically stressed in SBO, could bring decision about issuing visas" in order to control the influx of refugees into their territory.

MODRICA - In Modrica was concluded installation of 15 computers for Cabinet of informatics in Grammar school, valuable 40,000 DM provided by donors from Norway. "It was not difficult for us to find donors in Norway for this action" - said major Uwe Wol, chief of the section for civil matters of the Norweign battalion of SFOR stationed in Modrica and promised also other kinds of donations for the Grammar school and municipality Modrica.
