BANJA LUKA - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic will meet at 16,00 h PM in Brcko with the special US envoy for Balkans Robert Gelbard. The meeting Plavsic-Gelbard was scheduled for 11,00 h in Banja Luka, but the aeroplane of US diplomat because of fog landed at Tuzla's instead of Banja Luka's airport, because of what the place and time of meeting was changed.

AMSTERDAM - The newest decision of the US president Bill Clinton to extend the stay of NATO in B&H for indefinite time Dutch media assess as the expansion of alliance and clear intention for creating unitary, multi- ethnical and territorially unique state. By that they are explaining the intentions of Washington to "establish joint institutions by all means, to 'free' media from the national editorial policy, armies of both entities to put under control of West and form unique civilian police in whole B&H".

SARAJEVO - The SFOR and IPTF units searched last night the seat of the General Staff of the Army of Federation B&H /FB&H/ in Sarajevo and, according to the statements of witnesses, confiscated numerous boxes with documents, video-cassettes and computer diskettes. "This action was undertaken at the request of IPTF and was performed without incidents", stated the spokesman Louis Garneu who did not want to present any data about the reasons of search in the seat of General Staff of FB&H Army.
