BANJA LUKA - The president of Republika Srpska /RS/ Biljana Plavsic will not meet in Brcko the US special envoy for Balkans Robert Gelbard as was announced - was confirmed for SRNA in the Cabinet of president of Republics. The reasons for cancellation, as well as the time and place of holding new meeting, were not announced.

BELGRADE - The military commentator and retired general of Yugoslavian Army Radovan Radinovic welcomed the decision of US president Bill Clinton on extending the mission of international military forces in B&H beyond June next year, assessing that as "expected and good news for RS". "There are so much tensions in Federation B&H and RS, but also between mere entities, so that it is difficult to control the situation" - explained Radinovic expressing his conviction that the international military forces will preserve peace and strengthen the Dayton's concept.

BRCKO - The legal agent of RS in the arbitrage procedure on inter-entity boundary line in the region of Brcko, US advocate of the Serbian origin Nikola Kostic expressed the expectation that the Arbitrage Tribunal will choose one of two options in the March next year - to leave this region to stay in the composition of RS or to extend the international supervision for another year. "These are the two only real options. I do not see how this town with its surroundings could be given to Federation FB&H or to be under the governance of central organs of B&H" - said for Kostic SRNA.

ROME - In the Hague Tribunal became dominant the chaos after releasing three Croats because lack of evidence and fiasco in the trial to Serb Dusko Tadic, when were proven the manipulations of Moslem secret services in forging indictments - conclude Italian media. "The chaos in the Hague Court" - is the title of the article written in the Roman daily "Liberatione" in which is stressed that the most difficult stroke for Tribunal was the "start of trial to Serb Tadic, accompanied with the great media campaign, who was indicted for the 'heavy crimes', and i which was proven that the main witness was prepared for perjury by the Moslem secret service from Sarajevo".
