SARAJEVO - The Council of Ministers of the Dayton B-H reached an agreement on the Rules of Procedure, at their meeting in Sarajevo. "The Council members arrived at agreement about the disputable part of the Rules of Procedure", stated the copresident of the Council of Ministers from Republika Srpska (RS), Boro Bosic, and expressed his hope that all problems in the functioning of the Council were eliminated by this agreement.

SARAJEVO - The representatives of the RS Ministry of Interior talked in Sarajevo with the representatives of the Ministry of Interior of the B-H Federation on the security situation and the modalities of work, after the Arbitration Commission over the Inter-entity Boundary Line in the Area of Brcko announces its decision. Police forces, in their respective zones of responsibility should prevent, with the help of IPTF and SFOR, possible movements of major groups of residents across the inter-entity boundary line, provide security for minorities and their property, and draw attention of residents at a danger of mine fields in the area around Brcko, says their communique.

SARAJEVO - RS will get ECU 4,500,000 from the European Union for the construction of main transmission systems and telephone lines, and additional ECU 1,000,000 for radio transmission towers. The RS minister of transport and telecommunications, Nedeljko Lajic, stated after his meeting with European Commission delegation that these were final talks in connection with the construction of a complete RS telecommunication system.

BIJELJINA - The decision of the Arbitration Commission for Inter-entity Boundary Line in the Area of Brcko is of a vital importance for the Serbian people and survival of RS, this was announced at the press conference of the RS Democratic Party, in Bijeljina

BANJALUKA - An unanimous support was given, at the latest session of the RS National Assmelby, to the judgments of the RS Constitutional Court on considerably high number of violations of the Constitution and Law, stated Dragutin Ilic, president of the House of Representatives of the Alliance for Peace and Progress, in Banjaluka. He believes that "the RS Government is the most responsible for the situation we have", and he said that "Government is seriously warned by the Assmelby of a grave need for a strict implementation of Assmelby's conclusions." TESLIC - The obvious illegal trade with the Croat-Muslim Federation is one of elements which additional complicate the security situation in the municipality of Teslic, this was concluded at a meeting of Teslic authorities, state officials and RS Army representatives. "This is the way by which the other side is developing its intelligence network, that is why such practice must be brought to an halt", this was concluded at the meeting.
