SARAJEVO - The member of the Dayton B-H Presidency Momcilo Krajisnik sent a letter to Muslim and Croat representatives in the three member Dayton B-H Presidency as well as to high representative Carl Bildt and his deputy Michael Steiner, demanding an immediate release of all Serbs detained in prisons in the B-H Federation. "I insist release of all Republika Srpska citizens from prisons in the Federation of B-H who were arrested after the signing of the Dayton agreement", said Momcilo Krajisnik, reminding that under the Dayton agreement both entities were due to release all war prisoners by January 9, 1996.

SARAJEVO - The Serb representative in the three-member Presidency of Dayton B-H, Momcilo Krajisnik asked an urgent and unconditional release of all prisoners, at the Presidency session in Lukavica. The president of the RS Commission for POW Release Dragan Bulajic, stated that "RS cannot tolerate people who are not indicted for war crimes being held in prison for almost a year", and added that "the Hague tribunal clearly stated that it is not interested for these cases".

SARAJEVO - The RS representative in the Dayton B-H Presidency, Mocmilo Krajisnik, announced that the Presidency in the coming period could find a solution concerning the constitution of the Council of Ministers. While assessing the fifth Presidency session as more successful than previous one was, Krajisnik said a certain step forward was made in the discussion relating to the setting up of the Council of Ministers.

SARAJEVO - The Dayton B-H Presidency reached an agreement at its meeting in Lukavica neither on the structure of the Council of Ministers nor the capacity of the chairman, but the issue will be worked on at the next meeting.

BANJALUKA - The RS president met in Banjaluka with British minister in Foreign Office, Baroness Linda Choker, about the implementation of the Dayton agreement and participation of British troops in IFOR mission. "I discussed with Ms. Plavsic many issues, and what is very important we reached a high degree of consent about various problems connected to the implementation of the Dayton agreement", stated the Baroness Linda Choker.

SARAJEVO - IPTF spokesman Aleksander Ivanko stated that the remaining 8,000 Serbs who live in Serb parts of Sarajevo after they went under Muslim control are still subjected to terror, reports Reuter.

PRIJEDOR - President of the Prijedor Board of the Serbian Radical Party (SRS) Miodrag Deretic, accused the Muslims from Sanski Most of disrupting the Serb Radio signals and of threatening Prijedor residents by phone.
