SEVILLA - Foreign Minister Ismail Cem said on Friday that European
Security and Defence Policy (ESDP) was ''an issue which was solved for
them'', noting that they would not accept any other compromise apart
from Ankara text.

SEVILLA - European Union (EU) Term President Spain's Foreign Minister
Josep Pique said on Friday that they hoped to set a timetable this year
for Turkey to open accession talks, noting that they were extremely

occupied by Armenia have become the place of international terrorists.

ANKARA - True Path Party (DYP) leader Tansu Ciller has said that
Parliament should not recess before resolving the EU issue. ''Because
