Hebron earlier on Tuesday, had been involved in killing of Turkey Major

ISTANBUL - State Minister Sukru Sina Gurel said on Tuesday, ''although
Prime Minister Bulent Ecevit and we stressed many times that even a
rumor of early elections could create instability both in economy and

ighorance or negative intentions.''

[04] DSP PLANS TO SUBMIT ITS BILL ON ABOLITION OF DEATH SENTENCE TILL
WEEKEND
ANKARA - The Democratic Left Party (DSP) submitted on Tuesday the bill
envisaging death sentence to be commuted to heavy life imprisonment, to
the political parties having seats at the parliament. The DSP plans to
submit its bill to the parliament till the weekend.

Prime Ministry proposal on extension of life of the Operation Northern
