Positions in the Molecular Genetics Laboratory of the Hellenic Pasteur Institute

Applications are invited for a post-doctoral scientist to investigate molecular and cellular interactions that contribute to inflammatory disease pathogenesis, with emphasis on cytokine immunology and transgenic and gene-targeted model development. Solid previous experience in at least two of the above fields is required.

One post-graduate position is available to carry out gene discovery in transgenic and gene-targeted models of inflammation. The successful candidate should have a degree in biology or related discipline and a sound base in molecular biology and excellent working knowledge on computers. He/she will be responsible in using gene arrays and search engines.
