Internal minister Mr. Prokopis Pavlopoulos in his interview in "Eleftheros Typos" newspaper left open the possibility of a Competent Committee to investigate Siemens case. If after the completion of the legal investigation there is a stage of Inquiry investigation then a commitee will handle the case even during the summer", internal minister states adding that responsibilities will be attributed. "In the phase the investigation is now and taking as granted that Justice can achieve its goal quickly and perfectly the recommendation of an inquiry committee can harm the course of investigations", internal minister stressed adding: "The only certain fact is that if the government wants the truth to come out it will do whatever necessary to achieve that". Meantime, "Vima tis Kyriakis" newspaper reveals that the Prosecutor is investigating 2 files with 136 invoices send by Siemens in political people, businessmen and all those trying to promote the companys interests.
