[01] ASE opening: Small riseEquity prices were rising at the opening of trade on Wednesday on the Athens Stock Exchange (ASE), with the basic share price index up 0.19 percent, standing at 1,189.59 points at 11:15 am, and turnover at 9.07 million euros.Individual sector indices were mixed, with the biggest gains in Health, up 2.36 percent; Insurance, up 2.08 percent and Financial Services, up 1.30 percent. The biggest losses were in Food & Beverage, down 1.67 percent; and Telecoms, down 1.25 percent. The FTSE/ASE 20 index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was up 0.28 percent, the FTSE/ASE MID 40 index was up 0.05 percent, and the FTSE/ASE-80 small cap index was up 0.51 percent.
