She will also meet representatives of regional authorities in Thüringen to discuss the implementation of new cohesion policy investments and will see examples of hi-tech projects supported by co-financing from the European Union.[11] European Refugee Fund 2008-2013 – LuxembourgThe Commission has just adopted the multiannual programme under the European Refugee Fund 2008-2013 for Luxembourg for an estimated amount of € 6.94 million (of which 3.7 million as Community contribution), together with the annual programme 2008.[12] 7th EU-China Energy Conference: Strengthening Energy CooperationAn EU-China conference on energy sources is taking place today in Brussels. The conference was opened by Matthias Ruete, Director general for Energy and Transport at the European Commission and Jianlin Cao Chinese Vice Minister of Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST).
