[01] Cyprus ambassador accredited to Seychelles and Rwanda
The Presidents of Rwanda and the Seychelles have expressed their firm
support to a peaceful settlement of the Cyprus problem, based on UN
resolutions.
Presidents France Albert Rene και P. Kagame, of Rwanda and the Seychelles
respectively, made the statements while receiving the credentials of
Cyprus' High Commissioner to Kenya, Michalis Stavrinos, during ceremonies
in the two countries.
Mr Stavrinos had the opportunity to brief his interlocutors on the Cyprus
problem and on progress in the island's accession to the European
Union.
