[01] Cyprus to host european conferences of medical organizations
The Cyprus Medical Association will host for the first time the european
conferences of two of the top EU medical organizations, the UEMS (European
Union of Medical Specialists) and the CPME ( Standing Committee of
European Doctors).
The conferences take place in the framework of the Cyprus Presidency of
the Council of the EU.
The UEMS Conference will take place between 17-20 October in Larnaka. On
the agenda are issues such as e-health, post-doctoral training and the
medical services in the EU. The CPME Conference will convene in Limassol
between 23-24 November.
