The Search and Rescue Coordination Centre in Cyprus has suspended its
efforts to find 40-year-old Bulgarian, Georgi Salabatanov, who was lost
at sea in the Limassol area on Sunday afternoon.
A press release issued by the Search and Rescue Coordination Centre in
Cyprus, says the search has been suspended until new evidence is
brought up and is stand by for a possible resumption of the
investigations.
The search operation was spanning along the coast from Limassol Port to
the area of Cape Dolos, up to five nautical miles out.
Captain of private yacht ``Abalone`` reported that Salabatanov, a
member of the crew, had gone overboard four nautical miles from the
coast of St. Raphael hotel in Limassol on Sunday afternoon.
