[01] CYPRIOT DOCTORS - HAITI
A six-member mission of the Volunteer Doctors Cyprus stayed in Haiti
from February 4 to 14 to provide medical and pharmaceutical aid to the
people, and examined ways to provide short-term and long-term
assistance.
Speaking at a press conference on Saturday, members of the mission
spoke of the total devastation from the January 12 earthquake, noting
that the people are asking for help and food.
