Cypriot tennis player Marcos Baghdatis won Sunday the Zagreb Open,
beating in the final Croatian top seed and home-crowd favourite Ivan
Ljubicic 7-6 4-6 6-4.
The second-seeded Cypriot won the first set on a tie break but last
year`s winner won the second set. Baghdatis came back in the last set
to win his first title this year.
This was Baghdatis` third career victory over Ljubicic. The Zagreb Open
final lasted two and a half hours.
