[01] CYPRUS PRESIDENT - CHINA - OFFICIAL VISIT
President of the Republic of Cyprus Tassos Papadopoulos will be paying
an official visit to the Peoples Republic of China December 3 8.
During his visit, President Papadopoulos will hold talks with Chinese
President Hu Jintao, Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao, President of
the National Peoples Congress Wu Bangguo and Vice Mayor of Shanghai
Feng Guoqin.
[02] HOUSE PRESIDENT - ROMANIA - OFFICIAL VISIT
President of the Cypriot House of Representatives Demetris Christofias
is paying an official visit to Romania, where he arrived Sunday, at the
invitation of the Romanian Speaker of the Senate Nicolae Vacaroiu and
the Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies Bogdan Olteanu.
During his visit to Romania, Christofias will meet with Vacaroiu and
Olteanu and also with the President of Romania Traian Basescu, Vice
Prime Minister Marko Bella, Minister of Industry and Commerce Codrut
Seres, head of the Romanian Orthodox Church Patriarch Teoctist and a
delegation of the Cyprus Romania chamber of Commerce.
