Chrysostomides said that at the meeting the Turkish Cypriot side requested the opening of ports and airports, and participation in cultural and sports activities internationally, and only then would it discuss the issue of Varosha, under the precondition that 95% of the area belonged to EVKAF, a Turkish Moslem religious trust, adding that ''this must be brought before a court.'' The Spokesman said Talat's remarks, published today in the Turkish Cypriot press, proved previous government statements about what was said in the Brussels meeting.
