Take the example of Robert Schuman and do the impossible reach for the others hand. Only then we shall be able to create a new united Cyprus. Rehn said time is working against the interest of all Cypriots noting that to end the stalemate as regards the trade and aid package to Turkish Cypriots, the Commission is ready to consider a compromise allowing the adoption of the two proposals. Karoyian did not give any details regarding the date of Tzionis visit to New York. He noted that UN Secretary General Kofi Annan would decide when to send his representative to Cyprus, for an exploratory mission, who will most likely be UN Deputy Secretary General for political affairs Sir Kieran Prendergast. CNA has learned that Iacovou's visit will be paid in the framework of Cyprus' policy to act as a bridge between Europe and the Middle East. This action, he said, ''violates the Green Line regulation and it could not have been accepted by our side. It is for this reason that it was not allowed for the cargo to cross over to the free areas''. ''The message that has been conveyed to the European officials who visit Cyprus is that the responsibility of the illegal use of Greek Cypriot properties lies entirely with the Turkish Cypriot side'', he said. He furthermore noted that ''these actions violate the basic human rights, the rulings of the European Court of Human Rights and they (the Turkish side) try to use illegally properties that do not belong to them''.
