    CoE Secretary General welcomes agreement on Cyprus

    Nicosia, Feb 15 (CNA) - Secretary General of the Council of Europe (CoE) Walter Schwimmer has welcomed the commitment by the Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot sides to negotiate on the basis of the plan of the UN Secretary General, describing it as a major breakthrough towards a solution.
