Papapetrou: The Cyprus question is an international issue
Nicosia, Dec 20 (CNA) -- The Cyprus question is an international issue
concerning the UN and the EU and related to the implementation of
international law, human rights and the principles that must rule the
relations of neighbouring countries, Government Spokesman Michalis
Papapetrou said here today, commenting on statements by Turkish Premier
Bulent Ecevit, who said all that was needed was to "leave us alone with
the Greek Cypriots to solve the Cyprus problem."
