Nicosia, Oct 15 (CNA) -- Slovak First Deputy Finance Minister Peter Brno
arrives here Tuesday, heading a delegation, for a three-day official visit
at the invitation of Cyprus Commerce, Industry and Tourism Minister Nicos
Rolandis.
Bilateral trade relations and ways to further develop them will be on the
agenda of the talks, which will also cover cooperation in industry,
technology and energy.

[02] Foreign deputies - Meetings
Nicosia, Oct 15 (CNA) -- European parliamentarians and other dignitaries,
who participated Sunday in an anti-occupation rally, have pledged to take
up with their respective governments the case of Cyprus and argue for the
reunification of the country and its accession to the European Union as
soon as possible.
Deputies from Greece, Britain, France and Malta conveyed to President
Glafcos Clerides today their commitment to work for the reunification of
Cyprus and said they rejected the position of the Turkish side for two
separate states.
