[01] Parliamentary Delegation - France - Visit
Larnaca, Sep 23 (CNA) -- A five-member parliamentary delegation left for
Paris today on a two-day official visit, at the invitation of the France-
Cyprus Friendship group at the French Senate, during which there will be
meetings with high ranking French Senate and National Assembly officials.
"Our visit is set to give us the chance to stress the need for the
international community to turn its attention to the source of regional
problems, especially problems due to state terrorism," the head of the
Cypriot delegation, Nicos Anastasiades, chairman of the House Foreign
Affairs Committee and president of the House Cyprus-France friendship group,
said on departure.
