[01] Bicommunal youth groups - Panel discussion

Nicosia, Sep 22 (CNA) -- Greek Cypriot and Turkish Cypriot youth groups are meeting Sunday in the mixed village of Pyla, bordering the Turkish occupied areas of Cyprus, to reiterate their opposition to violence and send once again the message that Cypriots from the island's two communities can and should live together in peace, one of tomorrow's organizers Nicos Anastasiou has told CNA.

"Panelists include a Greek Cypriot professor who will speak about the human and social aspects of the Cyprus question, a Greek Cypriot journalist who will tackle the political side of the problem and two Turkish Cypriots, an educator and an outspoken critic of the occupation regime," Anastasiou said.
