1535:CYPPRESS:03[03] Cyprus - France - Maritime MeetingNicosia, Aug 9 (CNA) -- Cyprus and France have agreed to cooperate in the maritime field, in view of Cyprus' accession to the European Union.The two sides discussed maritime matters during the second Cypriot - French Bilateral Maritime Meeting held recently in Cyprus. The first meeting was held in Paris last year while the third one will take place in France next year. CNA ÁÁR/GP/2001 1625:CYPPRESS:04[04] Weather forecast for CyprusNicosia, Aug 9 (CNA) - The Meteorological Office at Larnaca International Airport has issued the following weather forecast for Cyprus:Friday and Saturday: 10/8/2001 to 11/8/2001 Ôhe weather will be mainly fine, but rather hot and humid. Mist or fog, as well as low cloud, are expected to form overnight and towards dawn. Gentle to moderate sea breezes will prevail during the day, while light to gentle mainly northerly winds will blow overnight. The state of sea will be smooth to slight overnight and slight during the rest of the day. Maximum temperature around 40C inland and 32-34C over the coasts. Minimum temperature 24-25C.
