An official press release issued today notes that Toumazis, who is based in Mexico, informed Noboa about developments in the Cyprus problem and the recent European Court of Human Rights decision that found Turkey guilty of mass violations of human rights in Cyprus, divided since 1974, when Turkey invaded and occupied its northern third.
