[01] President Clerides - Egypt
by Riana Magidou Cairo, Apr 17 (CNA) -- Cyprus President Glafcos Clerides
arrived Monday in Egypt for a six-day private visit during which he is
scheduled to have a series of high level meetings with his Egyptian
counterpart Mohamed Hosni Mubarak, Prime Minister Mohamed Atef Ebeid and
Foreign Minister Amr Mohamed Moussa.
The President, who traveled to Egypt aboard his private yacht, was met at
port Said by Governor Mostafa Kamel and the Republic's Ambassador Demetris
Droushiotis.
