[01] Russian envoy - Cyprus - Visit
Nicosia, Feb 20 (CNA) -- Russian envoy for Cyprus Vladimir Prygin is due
here next week on the occasion of a meeting of the intergovernmental
cooperation committee between Russia and Cyprus to discuss matters of
mutual interest, including economic, trade, commercial and political
concerns.
Prygin, who arrives on the island on 28 February and is set to leave on 1
March, is also expected to have various meetings with government officials
on the latest developments in the Cyprus question.

[02] Cyprus Foreign Minister - Iran - Visit
Nicosia, Feb 20 (CNA) -- Cyprus Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides will
pay a five-day visit to Iran at the invitation of his Iranian counterpart
Kamal Kharrazi.
Kasoulides, who will be accompanied by a large delegation including
officers from the Ministry of Communications and Works and the
Telecommunications Authority, leaves for Tehran on 26 February and is due
to return on 2 March.
