Nicosia, Jul 17 (CNA) - A representative of the International Federation of
Journalists (IFJ) today expressed the view that the illegal authorities in

Cypriot journalists that have been illegally arrested for alleged espionage
against the Turkish army.
The IFJ officer for human rights Sarah de Jong was talking at a press
conference in Nicosia after completing a three-day fact finding mission in
Cyprus, for on the spot investigation into the illegal case against Turkish
Cypriot newspaper "Avrupa", its editor-in-chief Sener Levent and other
