All members of the Committee, except Turkey, voted in favour of the resolution.The Committee, which convened at the level of Permanent Representatives, expresses deep regret and deplores the fact that Turkey has not yet complied with its obligations from the European Court of Human Rights decision to pay compensation to Loizidou, despite the fact that it had plenty of time to do so.
