Nicosia, Oct 26 (CNA) --The European Court of Human Rights of the
Council of Europe has nothing to do with the execution of the Court's
judgements, Court Vice President Elisabeth Palm has said and acknowledged
that in very many cases judgements become political questions.
In an interview with CNA, during her recent visit to Cyprus to address
a human rights seminar, Palm said the efficiency of protecting human rights
must start with a very efficient protection of these rights in the
different member-states.
