"All guesses about the place of temporary residence of Radovan Karadzic are missed, because nobody can know where he is in this moment. The rumours that Dr. Karadzic, for the love of the current Government of RS, or any other reason, is ready to surrender voluntarily to the Hague Tribunal. He will never voluntarily surrender and he will oppose to the eventual arresting as well as any other illegal kidnapping or arresting.SARAJEVO - The president in Presidency of B&H from RS Momcilo Krajisnik will receive in Pale in 18,00 h Richard Causlarich, U.S. ambassador. Mr. Krajisnik and Mr. Causlarich will, as expected , talk about the work of joint institutions in B&H. BANJA LUKA - The president of RS Dragoljub Mirjanic will talk at 12,00 h in Banja Luka with the members of Academy of Art and Sciences of RS. VIENNA - The secretary of the Party of Independent Socialdemocrats /SNSD/ of RS Stanislav Cadjo, who at the invitation of Institute "Carl Renner" departed to the three days visit to the capital of Austria, stated that his party wishes to make RS close to RS. Cadjo will participate at "The meeting of canton's and regional leaders of democratic parties of B&H", which is organised by this Vienna Institute, and which basic task is preparation and improvement of strategy of electoral campaign of democratic parties of B&H. SRBINJE - Municipal Board of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ of Srbinje summarised the results of Electoral assembly of Srbinje board of SDS, held on March 28, on which were elected 34 members which will nominate the presiding of Presidency of SDS of Serbian countries, on the basis of proposals from this region. BANJA LUKA - The representatives of Serbian Academy of sciences and arts /SANU/ agreed in Banja Luka the cooperation through four scientific- researching projects from the field of theoretic physics, catalysis, geo- chemistry and geology. The realisation of mentioned projects is only a part of assistance which SANU promised to their colleagues from ANURS, and in talks participated also the president of RS and rector of the University in Banja Luka Dragoljub Mirjanic. SARAJEVO - The chairman of the Presidency of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ Aleksa Buha stated that his party is considering the start-up of the procedure of giving confidence to the Government, but he did not precisely said whether that act will follow at the next early session of National Assembly, scheduled for Saturday April 15 in Doboj. In the statement for Beta agency he announced that SDS and Serbian Radical Party /SRS/ the day before the assembly session will make the balance sheet of the work of Government and bring the final decision whether it will go on its replacement. SRBAC - In Srbac was constituted new municipal board of SDS, for which president was elected prof. Bosko Stojkovic, while the vice-presidents will be nominated at the next session. Out of 42 members of the Board, how much voted, for Stojkovic voted 22, and for his counter-candidate Zelimir Lepir voted 20 members. BRATUNAC - The delegates of municipal assembly of Bratunac unequivocally adopted the municipal budget for this year amounting 5,250,000 dinars. The resignation of president of executive board of municipal assembly Miodrag Josipovic, the member of SDS was accepted. His successor should have been elected on the next session of municipal assembly. SARAJEVO - The regular press conference of international organisations in federal part of Sarajevo /in the house of Coalition press-centre/, from the Tuesday, April 14, will be held on Monday, Tuesday and Friday at 11,30 h. In the announcement for SFOR, forwarded to SRNA, is stated that any international organisation according to its needs could organise its press conferences in this press-centre. BUENOS AIRES - The Croatian government will demand from Argentina the extradition of Dinko Sakic, the former commander of detention camp Jasenovac, announced the Croatian Embassy in Buenos Aires, and conveys the national agency Telam. The same source adds that Argentina authorities did not get yet the official demand for extradition, but they will extradite Sakic if they arrest him. The Croatian minister of justice Miroslav Separovic confirmed that Croatia will demand from Argentina extradition of Dinko Sakic and that it already commenced the preparations for bringing criminal charges against him, in order to try him for the crimes committed in the detention camp Jasenovac during the Second World War. SARAJEVO - The delegation of Moslems from Posavina county complained to the president of federation of B&H Ejup Ganic because of the difficult situation of remaining Moslem population in this Croatian canton - report the media in Federal Part of Sarajevo. APR. 11, 1998 EVENINGNEWS REVIEW, REPUBLIKA SRPSKASARAJEVO - The president from Republika Srpska /RS/ in the Presidency of B&H Momcilo Krajisnik talked in Pale with U.S. Ambassador to B&H Richard Causlarich about recent arresting and delivering to the Hague Tribunal Miroslav Kvocka and Mladen Radic, as well as the reactions of Serbian citizens on more and more frequent arresting of Serbs by federal police in the region of Sarajevo. President Krajisnik presented the stance of RS that "all who are quilty must be responsible for their crimes" and expressed the opposition to the way in which Serbs are being arrested.SARAJEVO - In Bistrik in federal part of Sarajevo, on the road Vojkovici- Pale, unknown person shot the truck FAP 13, which driver was Rudolf Volk from Vojkovici, breaking the front and rare part of windshield. In the Police Station in Pale was confirmed for SRNA that the shot /most probably from the rifle/ by no means could come from the territory of RS. BANJA LUKA - The spokesman of SFOR Chris Kinswilly stated that all income from the semi-marathon in Banja Luka - more than 15,000 DEM - will be delivered to the Rehabilitation centre "Miroslav Zotovic" in this city. He explained that these resources are the voluntary contribution of members of SFOR and IPTF, as well as the resources collected from the payments for participation in the race of 530 soldiers of SFOR and 20 citizens of Banja Luka. PRISTINA - The U.S. congressman Patrick Kenedy expressed, in talks with the president of Foreign political board of the Assembly of Serbia Ratomir Vico, deputy head of Kosovo county Veljko Odalovic and province secretary for information Bosko Drobnjak in Pristina the concern about the development of situation in Kosovo. In the announcement of the Province Secretariate for Information is stressed that the congressman Kenedy, with his assistants, was informed the newest attacks of Albanian terrorists. BELGRADE - The youngsters of Democratic Party of Serbia /DSS/, as well as the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/, Democratic Alternative /DA/, the Club of Young Liberals, Democratic Youth and Students' Protest '98, have fenced themselves from the coming referendum in Serbia about participation of foreign representatives in solving Kosovo crisis. In the announcement from the round table of the youth of political parties and students organisations, organised by Youth of SDS, was assessed that the referendum represent "the screen for democracy". ZAGREB - The delegation of Croats in B&H, received in Zagreb by the Croatian president Franjo Tudjman, supported Tudjman's initiative about the demilitarisation of B&H and cantonisation of Federation B&H /FB&H/, reported Moslem radio in Sarajevo. The delegation of Croats from B&H stressed the need of concluding the proposed agreement about the special relations of Croatia and FB&H, and it was talked also about the organisation of Assembly of Croatian Democratic Community /HDZ/ of B&H and problems in implementation of Washington and Dayton Agreement. VIENNA - In organisation of the Chess Club "Jedinstvo" in Vienna started the 9th European amateur individual chess championship for Yugoslavian workers who are working in western European countries.
