BANJALUKA - The President or Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Plavsic stated in Banjaluka that the Spanish Government supported democratic changes in RS and thinks that those changes could be an example for the Muslim-Croat Federation too. Biljana Plavsic had talks with the Spanish delegation, headed by state secretary for Foreign Affairs, Fernando Vilalong. They were discussing current political and economic situation in RS and Muslim- Croat federation and forthcoming elections. "I hope that this visit will have a positive influence in EU and that means intended for certain projects will be equally distributed throughout the whole region of RS" - Biljana Plavsic said.

BANJALUKA - The RS Prime Minister Milorad Dodik and representatives of one of the world's greatest companies "Barak" had talks in Banjaluka about investments of this company in RS, especially about building of a power plant "Buk Bijela". Mr.Cree Barak and counsellor of this company Aries Levine have shown interest in building of series of power plants in RS.

BRCKO - Representatives of three biggest religious communities from the region of Brcko in RS and Muslim-Croat federation supported stances of their leaders on inter-religious and interentity tolerance regarding return of refugees and displaced persons. "We are urging on all believers to join us in this effort" - is said in a statement, signed by representatives of Serbian Orthodox Church, Islamic Community, Mustafa Efendija Gobeljic and Mijo Peric.

BANJALUKA - At apress-conference in Banjaluka the spokesman of RS Socialist Party (SP), Igor Radojicic, publicly forwarded a question to the President in B&H Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik: "What is your role in building of a Glamoc range?". Radojicic said that "Mr. Krajisnik is a member of the Committee for B&H Military Affairs which gave a permission for building a range, by which return of refugees to this place has been directly jeopardised".

PRISTINA - Last night about 11,00 pm Albanian terrorists threw a bomb at a firm "Dukadjini" in Pristina, which owner is an Albanian Ekrem Luka. Windows have been damaged along with two cars in the backyard.

BANJALUKA - Spokesman of SPRS Igor Radojicic stated in Banjaluka that Kosovo is an internal matter of Serbia and FRY and repeated the stance of Socialists that problems in Kosovo must be solved in peaceful manner.

PODGORICA - The President of Montenegro Milo Djukanovic thinks that terrorism should be reduced and publicly condemned by the international community. Actions of police forces must be replaced with dialogue between the Serbia's president and Albanian leaders in Kosovo. Djukanovic also thinks that "many-years' situation in which great deal of state territory and inhabitants have lived in isolation some life of theirs, aside from rules and standards of state community which they belong to, is utmost politically irresponsible".

PODGORICA - Regarding decision of five countries, members of the Contact Group for the former Yugoslavia, about joint plan to exert pressure on the Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic, comments of parliamentary parties' representatives in Montenegro are reflecting stances and assessments going from condemnation to giving support for the London plan on the other hand. The chief of Momir Bulatovic's Democratic Party of Socialists' representatives club, Predrag Bulatovic, thinks that "participants of the Contact Group's meeting made propositions which would not lead to the solution, but could even induce illusions of Albanian separatists in their ungrounded attempts".

BRUSSELS - Participants of NATO Council's session in Brussels assess that military intervention in this phase of the Kosovo crisis is premature and they want to wait for the results of the Contact Group decisions which included pressure on FRY authorities - AFP reports. On a request of Albania Representatives of NATO-members had a meeting in Brussels with the Albanian State Defence Secretary Periclio Tete, who asked for deployment of NATO troops on the border between Albania and FRY, diplomats claim. For the time being, the NATO Council will not make a decision on deployment of their troops in Albania.

AMSTERDAM - In the countries-members of EU the Albanians, through their organisations, are recruiting Albanian young men in the terroristic organisation "Liberation Army of Kosovo" and sending them to FRY, although they are trying to cover it up. After talks with representatives of Coordination Council of Albanians in Netherlands, a reporter Marc van Trill said that these young people's will to fight was almost impossible to restrain. Already around ten young men left from Netherlands for Kosovo to fight and similar things are happening in Germany and Switzerland.

PRISTINA - The president of Democratic Union of Kosovo Ibrahim Rugova stated at a press-conference in Pristina that he did not accept autonomy of Kosovo and said that "the only acceptable solution of the crisis "was independence of Kosovo - Reuters reported. He added that he had not received an official invitation for Tuesday's talks from Serbian Government, but was ready to discuss openly the issue.

BRCKO - The NATO Secretary General Javier Solana will visit Brcko tomorrow, where he will have talks with representatives of the municipal authorities. Tomorrow at 2,00 pm Solana is due to have talks with representatives of the multi-ethnic authority of the town, SRNA learns.
