Dodik emphasised that the new Government will propose the NSRS set of measures about restructuring of banks, with forming the special agency, innovation of privatisation law, which are according to him works that must not be postponed. Speaking of governmental structure, Dodik pledged for the concept of regionalisation, with as he said , the responsibility of local government for development of their own region and agreed level of solidarity for the whole RS.

BIJELJINA - The RS President Biljana Plavsic expressed discontent last night, after the interruption of the Second session of the National Assembly in Bijeljina , adding that Dragan Kalinic, the president of the Parliament, is responsible for that. She accused Kalinic that he has not shown professionalism acquired by that position of the president of Assembly, but he had been acting by SDS instructions.

BIJELJINA - The president in B&H Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik expressed deep disappointment last night in Bijeljina , for what happen at the first part of the National Assembly Second session, which has been finished late last night, adding that RS is being led to the edge of chaos. " I am urging on all sides to reach Serbian consensus in the next two or three days so the government could be elected- said Krajisnik adding that there must not be outvoting " as it was case in the B&H Assembly which led to disaster.

BIJELJINA - The SPRS President Zivko Radisic stated for SRNA last night that he did not expect that the continuation of the interrupted National Assembly Second session without presence of SDS and SRS delegates would solve the crisis in RS. Radisic thinks that with the election of the new Government, conditions are being created to get authority which is going to be able to attain goals pledged by the socialists, first of all a unique RS , which is not the case right now.

BRCKO - The news of the new Government appointment with Milorad Dodik as the Prime Minister, which was elected on the last night's session of RS National Assembly by a part of the representatives, citizens of Brcko have received with surprise and disbelief. Although it is non-working day in the city on Sava, the election of the new government is topic number one in conversation of "ordinary people", but as it is being learned form well-informed sources, this is also the topic of uncomfortable and bitter discussions in some parties, which representatives have voted for that government.

BELGRADE - The Senator of RS Milivoje Ivanisevic stated in Belgrade that after the election of the new RS Government's president, "finally it is clear who is for collaboration even at cost of losing RS independence, or one of its parts, and which are the patriotic forces in NS, among the people and those who are in power. " Commenting the way in which the president of SNS Milorad Dodik has been elected for the prime-minister, Ivanisevic assessed for SRNA that "Collaboration with the international community, even at the cost of selling Serbian national interests and sovereignty, could not do a credit to those who had accepted and directed that".

BELGRADE - The President of Democratic Party of Serbia (DSS) Vojislav Kostunica assessed in Belgrade that at the session of NS RS in Bijeljina was elected a Government "opposite to interests of Serbian people and aside from all democratic and parliamentary rules". "That Government was formed by violation of the Dayton Agreement and according to fiat of the High International Representative for B&H Carlos Westendorp" - Kostunica concluded in statement for SRNA. He said that " Westendorp and Mrs. Plavsic, as a mere performer of his orders, have shown once more that democratic rules and people's will mean nothing to them."

BELGRADE - RS Senator, writer Milivoje Ivanisevic, stated for SRNA in Belgrade that " the international community is using deceits in order to frighten Serbs in Srebrenica and explained that it is doing by spreading impudent lies through media in B&H Federation, and other foreign media". " Muslim media have been threatening and frightening Serbs from Srebrenica for some time now that Bosniacs are coming to them, and through foreign media the international community is spreading false information that the local authorities called people to organise a protest " - warned Ivanisevic. According to him, the helicopter which had crashed near Srebrenica had been used for the same purpose.

GENEVA - The godfathers of the Dayton agreement are gradually leading B&H under international protectorate, which has become particularly evident after the meeting of the Contact Group in Washington. At the meeting strong measures for realisation of the mentioned goal have been adopted and are now being imposed by the International Community High Representative for B&H Carlos Westendorp and his deputy Hans Schumacher with their decrees. The most confident Swiss daily for affairs of the international politics "Journal de Geneva" warns that a move like this is " renewal of politics of power in B&H".

SARAJEVO - The Orthodox Radio " Saint John" forwarded a letter to UN spokesman in Sarajevo Alexander Ivanko related to his accusations that this media " had been positively talking about Radovan Karadzic, and negatively of the Hague Tribunal" and the international community" and threats which he had said related to that. In this letter it is said that the words, which Ivanko had attributed to "St. John" at the press-conference held on January 16 of this year, had been stated by its journalists, but " the highest Serbian moral authorities".

BELGRADE - The president of Muslim-Bosniac Organisation Muhamed Filipovic stated that B&H had no future as a state and to confirm that he said that he saw a birth certification issued yesterday for a new born child in Kiseljak, in which it is written in the vignette Croatian Republic Herzeg- Bosnia. He thinks that "Croatian leaders can not be trusted any longer, who had announced for several times now that Croatian Republic Herzeg- Bosnia did not exist any longer".
