PODGORICA - State Security Police (SSP) of Podgorica banned somewhere around midnight public gathering, i.e. Great people's rally of Momir Bulatovic's political grouping in front of Montenegro Assembly Building. In the announcement of SSP it is said that this gathering is banned because of the rally's participants attempt to enter the Montenegro Government by force and on that occasion many policemen, who were securing the building, were injured.

KRAGUJEVAC - The International Biographic Centre "Cambridge" has included in 16th edition "International - who is who in music" the composition "The Holly Liturgy of Reverend Venerable Gifts" by composer from Kragujevac and professor at Music School in Pristina Vojna Nesic.

ATHENS - Goal of the international community is to completely weaken Republika Srpska (RS) with help of certain political powers inside the country, and then to fit it into Croatian- Muslim Federation - stated president in B&H Presidency from RS Momcilo Krajisnik for one of the most popular private television stations "Mega". In one-hour story about life in B&H after signing of the Dayton Peace Agreement, journalists of this station Tasos Teloglu and Pavlos Cima assesses that it is two years since cease-fire has been established, but peace has not went into effect yet.

CLEVELAND - RS president Biljana Plavsic, in spite of bad results gained on the parliamentary elections, will succeed with help of the international community to form a new government in seven days - claims "New York Times". Citing statements of west diplomats, American daily newspaper says that it is not being expected that agreement in the National Assembly will be reached, so the international community will form the new government.

AMSTERDAM - West diplomacy categorically insists on election of Mladen Ivanic for future mandatory of RS Government, in order to introduce to the political scene with his help new characters with whom it wants to negotiate alone - claims Dutch press.

According to majority of Dutch newspaper, accepting of Ivanic will also represent a new hope considering integration of entities in B&H which is possible only if influence of national blocks have been suppressed.

BELGRADE - If representatives of RS National Assembly do not give a vote of confidence to the mandatory Mladen Ivanic, there are few variants of situation's outcome - assesses Belgrade daily newspaper "Blic". The newspaper says that the first variant, that Serbian Democratic Party and Radicals form a government by themselves, does not have great hope for success, as well as the other, that Serbian National Union, Socialists and Independent Social-Democrats, with help of Muslim representative accomplish the same.

NOVI SAD - American endeavours to turn three neuralgia spots - Sarajevo, Mostar and Brcko into embryos of a new multi-ethnic B&H have already failed in the first two of mentioned towns, and on the third one it is exerting pressure using fiats, blackmails and threats - ascertains "Dnevnik" from Novi Sad. "Dnevnik" claims that the international community have not chosen Brcko by chance for a multi-ethnic town, because it is "artery of life for RS".

AMSTERDAM - The Hague Tribunal will pronounce only a symbolic sentence to Drazen Erdemovic, who claims he had executed 70 Muslim in Srebrenica, because it considers the fact that he indicts state leadership and RS Army (VRS) for alleged war crimes as extenuating circumstance - claims Dutch press. Dutch newspaper emphasise that Erdemovic have done two great favors to the Hague Tribunal by admitting his guilt - he accused VRS and made possible to finish the trial in only three days without any proofs and witnesses.

PODGORICA - Morning in Podgorica passed peacefully, and workers of the city sanitation department are removing burnt cars and fire cisterns which have been destroyed in demonstrations and clashes between demonstrators and police which have occurred after negotiators of the Government had reject the requests of the Great National Rally Organisation Board - is written in review of SRNA journalist Tihomir Burzanovic.
