SPRS expressed the contentment because accepting its proposal on the basis of which was performed the constituting the National Assembly and elected its leadership.BELGRADE - At the meeting with the leaders of Republika Srpska, the president of FR Yugoslavia Slobodan Milosevic reiteratively supported the concept of the future government of RS and election of Mladen Ivanic for its mandator - stated for "Daily Telegraph" the president of the Party of Independent Social- Democrats /SNSD/ Milorad Dodik. According to him, Milosevic's support to the concept of government of national unity and experts is of principled character. NOVI SAD - The president of Executive Board of municipal assembly of Brcko Borko Reljic stated for Novi Sad's "Dnevnik" /daily news/ that until March 15, he expects fair decision of the Arbitrage Commission for demarcation of the part of interentity boundary line /IEBL/ near this city, according to which Brcko would stay where it belongs - in RS. Reljic explained his hope by the fact that "Serbian party until now was maximally cooperative in work with supervisor Robert Farrand, consistent in implementation of Dayton agreement and that it has shown that Serbs are not like they were represented in the world by their enemies". SARAJEVO - U.S. call upon all persons in B&H who are indicted for war crimes to voluntarily surrender to International Court in Hague because, according to the statement of special U.S. envoy Robert Gelbard given in federal part of B&H, "in any way they must come before Tribunal". Although the war was finished two tears ago, according to the data of State Department, only 21 persons out of total 78 indicted for war crimes are currently in prison. NOVI SAD - The reputable Belgrade's lawyer Toma Fila claims that Hague Tribunal "is unscrupulously bargaining with Croatian president Franjo Tudjman" and that "no one indicted Croat was surrendered voluntarily to the court, and least Dario Kordic has done it, for whom Tribunal had paid to Tudjman 470 millions of $US"! "God forbid that Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic, or any other Serb from the Hague's list of indicted surrender "voluntarily" or be extradited in any other way to the Hague Tribunal before Franjo Tudjman and Alija Izetbegovic", - stressed Fila at the open tribune of the students of Law School in Novi Sad. Having in mind the time, the way of constituting and criminalprocess non-principle acting, Hague's Tribunal is fully reduced on the vulgar, international, political misuse of UN and criminal process law, is concluded at the tribune. SARAJEVO - The Social-Democratic Party /SDP/ of B&H through its work in Parliament of RS will consistently fight for full implementation of Dayton Accords for interests of RS citizens and its electorate - is stated in the announcement of the party forwarded to SRNA. Congratulating the Orthodox New Year to all citizens who celebrate it, the delegate of SDP in National assembly of RS Smail Ibrahimpasic conveyed the wishes of this party for success and happy new year. BUGOJNO - The agreement about mutual cooperation of Moslem and Croatian party in Bugojno is reached in mid December last year, along with supervision of international mediator for FB&H Christian Schwartz Schilling was not realised not even until today, and Croats from Bugojno still live in specific ghetto - concludes the Croatia radio Herceg-Bosna. The municipal Board of the Croatian Democratic Community /HDZ/ of Bugojno sent the letter to the High International Representative Carlos Westendorp, Christian Schwartz Schilling and other outstanding officials of international community in B&H, in which they warn that Moslem authorities are furthermore preventing return of expelled Croats in this city.
