Also, the B&H Presidency should take an official stance toward the invitation to participation of B&H at the Islamic Conference in Teheran on December 9th and 11th.SARAJEVO - The session of B&H Council of Ministers begins in 12:00 hours in Lukavica and on the agenda is a dispute between B&H and Federal Republic Yugoslavia (FRY) affront the International Court of Justice in Hague, and discussion about UN proposition of addition to the statistic system in B&H. The Ministers will also discuss about the EU Memorandum of Understanding which is in relation to realisation of the statistic programme of the UN World Food Programme (WFP) in B&H. SARAJEVO - The former close associate of the Muslim leader Alija Izetbegovic, Halid Causevic rejected the usual Muslim thesis that Serbia committed an aggression on B&H, he claims that the passed war was civil- confession war. In the interview for magazine "Dani" he said that the "cause of the war was when the Croats and Muslim unilaterally proclaimed independency of B&H" and the conflict was provoked by Alija Izetbegovic personally. SARAJEVO - The polemic which was recently led by writers Dzemaludin Latic and Marko Vesovic at the media in Sarajevo, has divided publicity and Association of Writers in B&H Federation, what confirmes todays resign of Izet Sarajlic from this Association - reported last night Radio "Free Europe". Sarajlic explained that he "cannot imagine this Association without Vesovic and Santic" HAMBURG - The basketball match between Croatian and FB&H representations, instead in the sport mood was played in the atmosphere "filled with charge of war destruction, political quarrels and deep wounds" and domestic fans, instead of fairly rooting, were competing "who will more insult the enemy". SRPSKI BROD - The French humanitarian organisation "Action against Hunger", whose main office is in Doboj, provided funds for arranging of working premises of Centre for Social Work in Srpski Brod. Work has been committed to the company "Mobil Engineering" from Doboj and, according to the contract between the investors and contractors, the work, worthy 6,600 DM, should be finished until Monday, December 8. SARAJEVO - During the last year UNHCR repaired 25 flats in the federal part of Sarajevo, so that former tenants, refugees, would return to them, but not until yesterday the first person moved in, while others are using them as weekend cottages, usurping somebody else's flats in Sarajevo at the same time - reported last night the Radio "Free Europe", citing the statement of this organisation's spokesman, Chris Janovski. SARAJEVO - The head of German diplomacy Claus Kinkel and his French associate Hubert Vedrin have arrived this afternoon to the federal part of Sarajevo, where they will try to persuade the joint B&H organs and the presidents of Republika Srpska and Federation of B&H (FB&H) to apply Peace Agreement completely. The two ministers should meet the RS President Biljana Plavsic in the French Embassy, but the meeting with the three members of the collective Presidency of B&H Alija Izetbegovic, Kresimir Zubak and Momcilo Krajisnik, has been planed before that. SARAJEVO - The vice-president of RS Government Velibor Ostojic and republican inspectors for education agreed that the inspectors should deliver to the Ministry of Education data about problems in conducting the reform of system of education, and about expertise and teaching methods. It has been agreed at the meeting in the Government that data about the lost classes during the strike of educators and adaptation of schools will be forwarded too. BANJALUKA - Ratko Misanovic, the Minister for Urbanism, Housing and Community Services, Civil engineering and Ecology delivered in Banjaluka licences for work in the field of building, making expanse plan and technic documentation to representatives of 30 state and private enterprises, from 200 of anticipated enterprises from RS. He expressed pleasure with the results of the post-war reconstruction of the country and announced more order and more legality in the field of construction, and that will be achieved by establishing of building inspection with large authority. BANJALUKA - The Economic delegation of RS, formed of the representatives of Economic Council of regions Banjaluka and Doboj, talked with the delegation of the Government of city of Moscow, with Nikolai Matvejevic as the head, about intensifying protocols of these institutions for the next year, worthy 25 millions of dollars. "I hope we will conduct the signed protocol. The Government of Moscow promised to deliver to RS a factory for production of prefabricated houses and raw materials, while in return we should have some of RS products", said Matvejevic. BANJALUKA - The representatives in the Parliament of Banjaluka did not manage to elect the mayor even in the fourth attempt. The agreement about the candidature of Aleksandar Iliskovic, proposed by the Serbian Party for Krajina and Posavina and the Socialist Party, have not been achieved yet. Iliskovic gained 28 votes, but to become the mayor 36 were necessary. SREBRENICA - The result of the local elections in Srebrenica is official and final one - the coalition from B&H won - despite a complaint about many irregularities during the registration and even elections, made by LEC to OSCE. At the meeting with the representatives of LEC, Serbian Democratic Party and radicals, the head of OSCE mission, deputy to the Ambassador Frowick, Richard Elerkman ordered that the constitutive session of the new convocation of the Municipal Assembly of Srebrenica will take place before the middle of January. BRCKO - This morning at 4:30 am there was a strong explosion in a caterer building "Galaksija", owned by Gina Cosic, in the street of the General Draza in Brcko. As it was stated for SRNA by the Police Centre, by the explosion of the bomb, planted one of the windows of this object, material damage was made and a part of the equipment was destroyed, and the windows on the nearby automobile show and mixed enterprise "Impex - Department Store" were broken by the strength of the explosion. Investigation is underway. BANJALUKA - In Deumica Hala in Banjaluka Radomir (Milos) Tesanovic, Milos (Marko) Maletic, Slavko (Boza) Jankovic, Rade (Milovan) Galic, Milan (Milos) Nikic, Zeljko (David) Radonjic and Rajko (Ljuba) Kasagic, all of them members of the 16. Banjaluka Brigade of the first Krajina Corps of the RS army, and Cedo (Ranko) Despanic, soldier of the Forth Brigade of Ozren, and Anica (Jova) Kenjic from the village Miljevici in Vozuci have been identified. The identified persons were killed in the last Croatia-Muslim offensive against RS. DERVENTA - His Holy Highness, Bishop of Zvornik and Tuzla, MR Vasilije forwarded a message to the leaders of RS not to "divide their fatherland into eastern and western part, instead to glorify the God with one thought and one heart and do good deeds for the people." This morning MR Vasilije performed a Holy Service of Archpriest at the temporary Temple for religious services in Derventa, on the occasion of a great orthodox holiday Entrance of the Theotokos into the Temple. BANJALUKA - The president of the Helsinki Board for RS Branko Todorovic claims that " violating of the human rights, not only on RS territory, but on the whole B&H territory - are everyday."
