BANJALUKA - The President of Republika Srpska (RS) Biljana Plavsic assessed after the meeting with the UN Special Envoy for Human Rights Elizabeth Rehn that the good administration of justice is an important element in resolving of many problems in RS and in Bosnia and Herzegovina Federation (FB&H). "Today we talked about administration of justice - a key problem, which is common for FB&H and RS" said Mrs. Plavsic and emphasised that the administration of justice is "a point of departure of everything." Mrs. Rehn reminded journalists that the Court system in RS and FB&H is something in what citizens should have a trust, and because of that the administration of justice had to be independent.

BELGRADE - After the Serbs left Srebrenica which stayed ethnically clean - Muslim, Zivojin Jovanovic has spend 15 months in that town. As he says, he survived thanks to "crazy luck" and to the fact that he was protected by "local commander Hakija Miholjic, tailor Alija Pasalic and a neighbour Mujo Omerovic" - writes the SRNA journalist Sonja Lakic.

BONN - During the talks between the Russian President Boris Yelytzin and the German chancellor Helmut Kohl in Zavidovo near Moscow where the stances about further military presence of International Community should be harmonised, the conclusion of the western analysts are that the Germany is very engaged on "setting of things in B&H".

NEW YORK - The American daily newspaper "New York Times" assesses that the report of the European Commission about misuse and embezzlement of millions of dollars from the international aid by the Muslim political top in Sarajevo, could affect on the future decisions of donators. The newspaper reminds that the aid of five billion dollars for the economic reconstruction of B&H was promised, and that in Sarajevo yearly arrives about 300 millions of dollars of international aid.

BELGRADE - The Federal Republic Yugoslavia (FRY) Minister of Foreign Affairs, Milan Milutinovic demanded Belgrade's reentry in international organisations, but remarked that FRY will not hand over suspects for alleged war crimes. "We cannot hand over our citizens in Hague, because that is against our Constitution. We did not accepted that in the Dayton Agreement," said Milutinovic and called on creativity in resolving of that problem.

BELGRADE - The President of Serbian Radical Party (SRS) Vojislav Seselj promised at the session of the SRS County Board in Kraljevo that, he will - if he becomes the President of Serbia, devote the greatest attention on resolving of the "key economic and social problems."

BELGRADE - The FRY Minister of Foreign Affairs and the candidate of the Left at the presidential elections in Serbia, Milan Milutinovic stated that the Kosovo is internal question of Serbia and remarked that the foreign mediators in dialog between Belgrade and Pristina are "out of the question."
