The text of Declaration SRNA issues in whole.SARAJEVO - The co-presiding of Presidency of Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ and national delegate Aleksa Buha expressed the hope, at 14th session of NA RS, that the delegates will soon, in the same or little changed composition, continue its work, with responsibility and conscientiously, as they have done in the previous work. According to him, shortness of brains, ignorance and caprice, "lead to the situation that the delegates who were elected by the people's will be forced to most probably to break their service to the people, while parties and people again say their word". SARAJEVO - The president of the Club of delegates of SDS Vojislav Maksimovic warned during the session of NA RS on Jahorina that "we are in front of the choice of our national destiny which was lead into question". "A difficult moment has come, in which destructive inner and outer factors and forces are trying to eliminate the gains of our national struggle from 1990 until today, to eliminate the legislative bodies of RS and RS as the whole", said Maksimovic. SARAJEVO - The vice president of NA RS Nikola Poplasen thinks that the situation in RS is more difficult now than during the war, and as if behind the mask of the part of international community hide the powers which see these regions without RS. While talking at the session of NS RS on Jahorina and requiring that the Declaration for equality and independence must be more sharp, he stressed that "delegates, chosen by people on the free elections, must have personal and moral responsibility before people". BANJA LUKA - The president of Republika Srpska Biljana Plavsic in Banja Luka paid tribute and laid down the wreaths on the monument for 73 students and one assistant of Banja Luka University who were killed during last civil war. Before this ceremony president Plavsic talked at the university centre with the deans of Banja Luka University. SARAJEVO - The RS Government called upon the Hague Tribunal to undertake all necessary measures and determine the truth, and responsibility of Moslem political and Army leaders in connection with crimes done against Serbian civilians in Sarajevo. On the occasion of issuing the evidence about these crimes in numerous world's news, the president of RS Government Gojko Klickovic sent to the president and main Prosecutor of the Hague Tribunal Antonio Cassese and Louise Arbour the letter in which he reminds them that RS Government already forwarded to the Hague Tribunal the voluminous evidence but without any reaction from the Tribunal's side. BELGRADE - The Serbian women from Sarajevo, 22 years old M.V. and 29 years old S.K. testified in the Documentation Centre of the Commissioner for Refugees of Republic of Serbia that during 1992 and 1993 in Sarajevo they were raped several times. BRATUNAC - The newly elected president of municipal assembly /MA/ of Bratunac and member of the Serbian Radical Party Miladin Simic appealed on all citizens of this city to come out on next parliamentary elections and vote for Serbian parties in order to avoid the danger that Moslems get majority of delegate seats in National Assembly of RS. DOBOJ - The president of Serbian People's Union Biljana Plavsic stated at the tribune of the party in Doboj that the results of next parliamentary elections "will wash away the shame from Serbian people created in the international public". SARAJEVO - The both Homes of the Parliamentary Assembly of B&H - The House of Representatives and Council of People - will have a sessions on November 18 in National Museum in Sarajevo - reports the Moslem Radio. The session of the House of Representatives should start at 11 h and Council of People at 13,00 h. BELGRADE - The flight of the passenger aeroplane of Yugoslavian Airlines from Belgrade for Banja Luka, scheduled for November 18 at 10 o'clock was cancelled. VUKOVAR - The presidents of the independent democratic party Vojislav Stanimirovic and Joint council of municipalities Milos Vojnovic rejected the insinuations of some individuals that the Serbian party is responsible for last incidents in Vukovar.
