While talking about the tribune of the Serbian Democratic Party /SDS/ in Doboj Krajisnik stressed "that the struggle for state is not finished yet, although it appeared so during last year's elections".DOBOJ - By coming out on elections and voting for SDS the citizens of RS have to reiterately confirm its sovereignty and stateship gained through the liberation war and Dayton Agreement - is assessment of participants of the rally of SDS in Doboj. The president of SDS Aleksa Buha warned that "the matters went astray", and that only with joint efforts "could and must be stopped breakdown and division of RS, and prevent catastrophe". He assessed that "in this moment for RS and its survival is best that all citizens come out on the next parliamentary elections" and vote for those who are for unitary Serbian state. LJUBINJE - The president of the National Party of Montenegro /NS CG/ Bozidar Bojovic hopes that at the next elections in RS will win the national and democratic forces, which will work on "creating the federation of Serbia, Montenegro and RS". "Only such forces and parties with the programme determination such as the one of NS CG, Democratic Party of Serbia /DSS/ and SDS can to reach through struggle the creation of union of Serbian states", stressed BOjovic, while being the quest in the programming of the Radio Ljubinje "The Current Moment". TREBINJE - For the socialistic party of RS /SPRS/ there were no dilemmas about its basic political and electoral objectives - unambiguously it had to be unitary RS - is stressed at the public Tribune of this party in Trebinje. While talking about the next parliamentary elections in RS, the president of SP and first on the list for National Assembly Zivko Radisic said that "we were guilty for that because we came into the deep constitutional and parliamentary crisis, and the only way out of such situation was organising the parliamentary elections". In adopted Declaration of NA RS is requested that they "have to return to the original role of welcomed forces for peace, stabilisation and renewal of the country destroyed by war". "We do not want to accept something for what there is no our consent and readiness to implement that. Any essential change of the regulations of Dayton Agreement and mandate of peacemaking forces will seriously endanger the stabilisation of peace in this region" - is warned in Declaration. SARAJEVO - NA RS have taken the mandate from the national delegate Ljubisa Savic Mauzer /the delegate of the Democratic Party/, after hearing the Report of the Mandate- Immunity Commission about considering the requirement of Ministry of Internal Affairs /MUP/ to start the criminal case against people's delegate. Because of founded suspicion that he perpetrated the serious criminal act - instigation, and in connection with terroristic attack on the transmitter of SRT in Bijeljina, MUP proposed to NA, i.e. the Immunity Commission to consider the possibility of taking away the delegate's mandate from Savic, because the people's delegates can't be tried. SARAJEVO - NA RS has adopted 18 laws between which are the Laws on waters, Fund for veterans and disabled persons, amendments and supplements of the Law on children insurance, the law on Funds of the state capital, Funds for development of RS, Funds of pension-disabled insurance. These laws are adopted in accordance with the Article 158. paragraph 2. of the Rules of Procedure, which anticipate that Assembly will again discuss about laws which on anticipated deadline were not signed by presidency of Republic. SARAJEVO - The ultimate idea of our enemies is that our delegates will dismiss the National Assembly which was elected by the will of people, - assessed the premier of Republka Srpska Gojko Klickovic in the letter to the president of National Assembly Dragan Kalinic and asked: "Is there a greater welfare and pleasure than when people has National Assembly chosen by the people's will"?. "This letter starts by this question in order to indicate to you and delegates of National Assembly of RS on some thoughts which beside me share the members of RS Government, because in this difficult and evil times of development of RS all who want good for RS and its people, are taught by our history that Serbs easier loose in peace than in the war, put us before all temptations. SARAJEVO - The chief of the General Staff of RS Army /ARS/ general major Pero Colic assessed that the regular monthly meetings of the Staff of Ministry of Defence and General Staff are useful and successful and stressed that in that way is monitored the decreasing or increasing the combat readiness of Serbian Army and are being solved the basic problems in Army. "In this way we are solving the key problems which comprise the spine of combat readiness", stressed Colic and explained that the status and cadre issues are greater extent solved, and in the phase of solving is the issue of health care of the families of army officers and soldiers under the contract". SARAJEVO - The deputy minister of Defence of RS Dragan Kapetina announced at the meeting of staff of Minister of Defence and chief of General staff of ARS in Pale that it is concluded that until the end of the year will be paid another two salaries for the professional soldiers. According to him, in this way will be secured the continuity in payment of income and improvement of overall social situation of professional soldiers and their families. BRCKO - The international supervisor Robert Farrand approved to custom officers to collect the money from custom deposits and customs at the border crossings in Brcko, and in accordance with the Law on customs policy and tariffs brought by the Council of Ministers of B&H, and Agreement between RS and Federation B&H about the system of deposit for transition of high-tariff goods.
