BANJALUKA - The RS army chief of staff major-general Pero Colic stated that RS army has offers to train officers in Federal Republic Yugoslavia (FRY), France, Germany and Britain adding that this would be detail considered and planned. General Colic at yesterdays meeting with the officers of the First Corps in Banjaluka said that RS army Headquarter works on purchasing of new lethal weapons and technical means which should arrive in RS soon. SARAJEVO - In Lukavica the Council of Ministers of B&H considers the platform for discussion with Slovenian PM Janez Drnovsek and agreement with Slovenia about questions of education, economic cooperation and transport. Also at the session presiding by Haris Silajdzic, the new location of the Council of Ministers main office, the Commission for mine clearance report and the Law about foreign investments will be considered. BIJELJINA - The Ministers of Internal Affairs board of RS assessed yesterday in Bijeljina that is despite of known events aimed against legal Ministry of Internal Affairs (MUP) the current security situation in RS favorable. AMSTERDAM - The Dayton Agreement like a first step toward some future stable unification of Serbs, Croats and Muslims is the pure mirage - assessed the former US State Secretary Henry Kissinger in the political analysis which is published in Dutch newspaper the "Folkskrant". Kissinger emphasises that "is an absurd to risk lives of American soldiers for this ideal" and ascertains "that political aims of Washington, in this case, are not realistic because means of pressure are, at all three sides ineffective and sudden entering of US army in conflict will not gain support from the American public". WASHINGTON - The US State Department stated yesterday that the FB&H had obligated itself to destroy 126 mortars and howitzers before October 31. On that way the FB&H will compensate delivery of 126 new American howitzers in the frame of the "Train and Equip" programme. "The FB&H had clearly announced its intention to entirely respects limit of 1000 artillery pieces which is established by OSCE in the framework of arms control in FB&H" - said James Rubin.
