Party's Main Board adopted Draft Protocol on interparties relations and sent it for adoption to the Coordination Committee of parties supporting Biljana Plavsic in her decision to disband the RS National Assembly and other decisions taken during the constitutional crisis in RS. PODGORICA - In the second round of the presidential elections in Monte Negro, presidential candidate Momir Bulatovic won in Arijevci with 3,384 votes, while his rival, current prime minister of Monte Negro, Milo Djukanovic got 548 votes, learns SRNA from unofficial sources. According to first returns, Bulatovic is also leading in Budva with 162 votes.
