variant of a part of international community using promises, blackmails and
tricks so as to try to integrate RS into a unitary B-H. In his interview
for the paper "Blitz", Buha wondered: "Didn't Biljana Plavsic know that
she started a fight against criminal with the support of criminals

"half-private visit".
SARAJEVO - The co-chairman of the Council of Ministers, Boro Bosic, stated
before the Council meeting in Lukavica that some serious and critical

various forms of centralisation of B-H, although its two entities and three
constitutive peoples indicate of its highly decentralised character called
for under the Dayton agreement and its Constitution", Bosic stated for SRNA.
One of serious problems is due to a wish to make the B-H legislation
superior to the entities legislations which is absolutely inconsistent with
both Dayton agreement and B-H Constitution.
