SARAJEVO - The minister for refugees and displaced persons of RS Ljubisa Vladusic talked in Pale with the manager for projects of the German State Bank Leone Matziozek about eventual investments of this Bank in the housing construction in RS. According to Vladusic's assistant for the Sector for projecting and programming Radivoje Radivojevic, the German State Bank offers its resources to place through commercial banks of RS, under terms that interest rate amounts 8 to 9 percentage, and that the maturity of the loan would be ten years.

SARAJEVO - The OSCE spokesman David Folly announced that the Electoral Appealing Sub-commission (EAS) decided that because violence against Serbs and their property in Drvar remove the first name from the list of Croatian Democratic Community /HDZ/ for local elections in this municipality. At the press conference in Pale Folly underlined the stance of EAS that in case of repeating the politically motivated violence or deterrence in Drvar it will consider the responsibility of HDZ and "perhaps undertake an action which would include the removing the additional candidates from the HDZ list".

CLEVELAND - U.S., together with their European allies warned Croatia that UN will postpone the transition of control over the Eastern Slavonia if it do not comply with commitments from Dayton Peace Agreement, writes "New York Times". According to this news, president Tudjman openly said to U.S. representatives last week "that Croatian government has no intention to allow Serbs to return to Croatia".

BERLIN - The states which are giving the aid for reconstruction of B&H has lost the hope that Serbs, Croats and Moslems will want at any time to work together, without the pressures of international community - writes the German news "Sueddeutsche Zeitung". According to this news, since sponsors do not have intention in the future to spend the time on the useless appeals, in the Portuguese city Sintra on Friday, May 30, under the auspices of NATO, would be held the conference about peace process in RS and Federation B&H /FB&H/.

TILBURG - International powers will stay still at least 30 to 40 years in South-East Europe, in the region which will for a long time stay unstable - stated Carl Bildt, the High international Representative of the international community in Hague on May 27, quoting the case of Cyprus as an example.
