He expressed his conviction, that "the law will be applied as well as everything else [about the demarcation] stated in the Dayton agreement, so there are no reasons to get upset". ZURICH - Swiss foreign minister Flavio Kotti stated at a meeting with US Secretary of State Warren Christopher, that "many questions concerning the September elections in RS and the CroatMuslim Federation are opened just a month before the elec- tions". He specified that "the violence and the violation of freedom of movement are jeopardising free and democratic elec tions". BANJA LUKA - The Serbian Radical Party of Republika Srpska /SRS RS/ warns that "everything concerning Brcko is negative" and is, according to its information, very clearly in violation of the Dayton Agreement. "Obviously, the intention, devised in Dayton, is not to clearly determine the subject of arbitration, so that the wider territory of Brcko can be used to 0blackmail and pressure the Serbs West of the Drina", stressed SRS president Nikola Poplasen at the today's press conference in Banja Luka. SARAJEVO - Republika Srpska (RS) foreign minister Aleksa Buha, stated for SRNA that RS was a side issue at the latest Geneva conference, for the participants gave most of their atten tion to the cooperation between the partners in the CroatMuslim Federation."This time we were able to better follow the confer ence, for there was no namecalling except for warnings regarding upcoming election difficulties. The greatest deal of documents adopted and signed relates to the Federation, but these are its [the Federation's] internal problems and I would not like to speak about them", said Buha. VISEGRAD - Preparations for the housing construction of the first community for refugees and displaced persons are taking place in Visegrad. Engineering experts have already arrived in the community of Garca in which 10 apartment houses for 60 persons were planned to be constructed in the first phase of the project. More than 200 refugees out of 400 presently living in a collective centre at Nezuci, near Visegrad, will be housed in these apartments. SARAJEVO - Policemen of the Police station in Srebrenik prevented members of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) from attacking on citizens gathered at a conferrable meeting support ing the opposition Joint list for the area of Tuzla. About hun dred men carrying flags of the SDA attempted to prevent the meeting.
